In respect, memory and honor of one of the old owners of the property we decided to give our restaurant her name, Donna Tona.
Donna Tona was the founder of one of the most important horse breeding houses in the south Sardinia, named “De Nora.”
Here, Donna Tona a real-life horsewoman and painter, put all her love and passion in creating a new horse breed, the Anglo-Arabo-Sardo and she succeeded. As proof of her success stand the victories she obtained with her horses, “Diambo de Nora” at the Olympic games in Tokyo in the 1964 and “Deciso de Nora” in the 1969 at Nizza.

Our restaurant, “Donna Tona can accommodate guests in our indoor dining room or under the starry sky, in the garden of the cupolas.
With his romantic décor, soft lights, warm colors and unique architectural elements, our restaurant invites the guests to immerse in the Mediterranean cuisine inspired by continental flavors and traditional tastes.
What is a good meal without a good wine and what is a good wine if not the Sardinian one, Cannonau, Monica, Bovale, Carignano, Vermentino, Nuragus, Vernaccia, Moscato, strong or subtle taste, organic, DOC or IGT, all of them are waiting patiently in the bottle to be sipped and enjoyed by our guests.
Our garden of the cupolas is the heart and soul of our country hotel, and we took a chance by making it very romantic, intimate and elegant, we dare to say unique.
With a luxurious garden, private cupolas, warm lights and harmonious atmosphere under the sky, our restaurant is the place where the breakfast is heavenly served, lunch is fresh and energetic and dinner time is vibrating with live music for your only entertainment.
